What do I need to buy DENTIDESK?

You only need to have a computer with an internet connection and an email address.

What are the available forms of payment?
  • You can always pay via bank wire transfer.
  • If you are in Latin America, the platform offers you the option to pay via SQUARE and PAYPAL.
  • If you are in Chile, you also can pay via WEBPAY.
What type of plan do I need to start?

Depending on the size of your company, DENTIDESK offers you different plans depending on the needs of your clinic. We can help you to make the best decision according to your practice size.

How long can I use the trial version?

The trial version lasts 15 days. During this period the system offers you all the features so that you can get to know them and subsequently choose the plan that best suits your needs.

I forgot my password and I am trying to enter the system but I cannot enter.

For this you must click on the option I forgot my password, then you must enter the email with which your account was created in the first place: the system will automatically send you an e-mail so that you can create a new password. Once created, you can access the system.

I try to create a new user but I don't receive any confirmation email.

Remember that this action can only be performed by the Doctor General Administrator and General Administrator profile.

You will need to do the following:

  • Go to the administrator section and select the name of the user who created the account.
  • Verify that the email is correctly written.
  • You must click on the option to re-send the confirmation email.
  • In case the email does not arrive, you can try using another email and then you can edit and change the user’s email.
